Our new Guest Amenities will contain all the guest facilities under the one roof. Our design caters for all our guest requirements including male and female toilets with showers, fully complimented laundry, campers kitchen with cooktop and fridge. Parents with small children are catered for with our unisex babys bath room. We also have a disabled toilet and shower room.

Many hours and several drafts were made of our floor plan before it was set in concrete, our guest amenities will fill with natural day light through the many windows and vented skylights and offer plenty of ventilation. All entry and exit points to the building are undercover and lit with security lighting after dark. All internal lighting of an evening will automatically operate with the aid of motion sensors, which will ensure internal lighting is turned off (saving greenhouse gas emissions) when our guests leave the building.

The northerly aspect of the building lends itself solar power generation. The roof design will compliment a 2kw solar panel installation, further reducing the buildings impact on our environment. Calculations reveal that such a solar power generation installation will generate the power needs for the building. Furthermore our solar power plant will generate approx 10% of the power requirements for over half of the caravan park customers saving the environment approx 5 tons of greenhouse gas emissions per year. We also intend on operating an extensive customer and community education program to further highlight the benefits of solar energy. Naturally the inclusion of solar energy generation is subject to our project budget having sufficient funds but we are working towards its inclusion.

Natural gardens will abound the building using plants native to the district, these will enhance the visual appeal and attract bird life to the building surrounds. The building will compliment and blend into its surrounding environment making its visual importance prominent.
